INCLUSA Institute is organized and operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under United States federal law. As a tax-exempt public charity, INCLUSA is committed to operating exclusively for public benefit in alignment with its stated nonprofit mission.

The organization is headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and conducts its programs and partnerships in alignment with applicable nonprofit governance and fiduciary standards.

INCLUSA Institute is founded and led by Pedro Castro, who serves as the organization's executive director. The institute operates with a commitment to developing a formal governance structure — including board leadership and advisory participation — commensurate with its growth and programmatic scope.

As INCLUSA expands its programs and partnerships, it is actively building the governance infrastructure appropriate for a mature nonprofit research institute, including board composition, committee structures, and formal advisory relationships.
