Our Organization
INCLUSA Institute is a nonprofit research organization headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We develop and implement an integrated digital platform combining culturally responsive learning, neuropsychopedagogical support, and family engagement infrastructure for immigrant children and underserved communities.
Founded by Pedro Castro, INCLUSA operates with a scalable implementation model designed for integration into schools and community partner organizations. Our approach centers immigrant children and families, recognizing the systemic barriers they face and providing concrete, individualized pathways to educational success.
We uphold rigorous standards of programmatic integrity, data governance, and fiduciary accountability as a nonprofit organization. All programs are evidence-informed and aligned with educational equity goals.
